Si no, habrá que acudir a un servicio concertado. Ahora bien, en ambos casos ha de garantizarse el cumplimiento de los siguientes requisitos: tecnología aplicada: telecomunicaciones e informática, gestión profesionalizada y altamente especializada, redes de prestatarios profesionalizadas, costes razonables y redes internacionales contrastadas</abstract>
