Health and Safety Executive (HSE) run this program on a Magiscan image -analyser, made by Joyce-Loebl, a division of Vickers plc. Since the completation of the software, a large body of data on the system performance has been gathered. This paper evaluates the present performance in relation to that of visual counters worldwide and nationwide, but with special attention to HSE's operations</dc:description>
