      <subfield code="a">This paper reviews the present status of regulations for the use and production of MMMF (man-made mineral fibres) in different countries. The information reccived indicates that MMMF, discussions are going on in many countries concerning possible regulation, limit values, etc. Generally, MMMF arc grouped with nuisance dust and given a total dust limit value of 8-10 mg m-3, in some cases 4-5 mg m-3 exist. Two countries, Sweden and Poland, have introduced a fibre dust level for MMMF of 2 respirable fibres per ml (2 Fr ml-1)</subfield>
