Title: The Application of 8-hour occupational exposure limits to non-standard work schedules offshore / I. EideAuthor: Eide, I.
Notes: Sumario: This paper reviews general methods for adjustment of 8-hour occupational exposure limits to offshore work schedules and recommends toxicokinetic models for calculating adjustment factors. These factors may be used to develop exposure limits which are intented to provide the same degree of worker protection offshore as did the original limits. A general formula for regular, repetitive work is used to calculate adjustment factors as functions of biological half-lives for two different offshore work schedulesRelated records: En: The Annals of occupational hygiene. - Oxford [etc.]. - nº 1, February 1990 ; p. 13-17Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes químicos Sustancias químicas Valores TLV Tiempos de trabajo Toxicidad Secondary titles: Título: The Annals of occupational hygiene
