Sumario: The purpose of these guidelines is to promote uniform recording, classification, and reporting to the National Safety Council of occupational injuries and illnesses, using the Recordkeeping Requirements under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Based upon past experience, guidelines are necessary to provide the uniformity and consistency necessary for NSC statistics, contests and award programs
