<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las cláusulas de aplicación que configuran la vigencia temporal del seguro, oscilan desde un sistema de acaecimiento del daño para riesgos sencillos, en los que existe una práctica coincidencia cronológica entre la producción y manifestación de los daños, hasta las diferentes combinaciones de ocurrencia y reclamación para la responsabilidad civil por productos defectuosos, o de la acción y la reclamación para la responsabilidad de los profesionales, o bien de la acción y manifestación para los daños por contaminación. En función de la naturaleza de los riesgos, de su mayor o menor complejidad, de la potencialidad de causación de siniestros diferidos, el asegurador ha empleado diferentes criterios para establecer la delimitación temporal de la cobertura</abstract>
