Sumario: This study investigated the effects of physical training on employees performing manual handling operations in three manufacturing plants. The physical demands of many industrial operations are responsible for the various musculoskeletal disorders reported in industry. In particular, manual materials handling is one of three important aetiological factors in the development of occupational musculoskeletal disorders
