Los análisis de los factores humanos contribuyen a la cultura de una organización al ayudar a reducir la frecuencia y la gravedad de los errores humanos, los cuales, en última instancia, derivan en operaciones costosas desde el punto de vista de la efectividad y las operaciones</abstract>
