Title: Variation in exposures to dust and endotoxin in Danish piggeries / Peter Vinzents and Birgitte H. NielsenAuthor: Vinzents, Peter S.
Notes: Sumario: The purpose of the studies was to investigate intertask, interday, interpersonal and interfarm variations in personal exposure to particulate matter and the effect that the amount of fat in the feed has on exposure. The two surveys reported in this paper were both carried out at large farms where the major part of the working time was used in pig breeding. The endotoxin exposure level was lower than previously reported. High concentrations were found between TPM, respirable dust, and endotoxinRelated records: En: American Industrial Hygiene Association journal. - Akron, Ohio. - Vol. 53, nº 4, April 1992 ; p. 237-241Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminantes químicos Contaminantes biológicos Endotoxinas Polvo Bacterias Riesgo laboral Granjas Ganado Muestreos Casos prácticos Dinamarca Otros autores: Nielsen, Birgitte H.
