<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Une "photographie" de l'exposition au dichlorométhane est présentée au moyen de deux ensembles de résultats: ceux obtenus à la suite d'une campagne intensive de l'INRS, menée dans 20 entreprises de divers secteurs d'activités: 681 prélèvements; ceux collationnés de manière extensive par les laboratoires interrégionaux et disponibles dans la banque de données Colchic. Dans le premier cas, au regard des valeurs limites recommandées par le ministère du Travail, une large proportion des expositions mesurées dépasse les valeurs limites. Si elle fournit des informations non recoupables avec celles de l'enquête, la deuxième série de données confirme la grande variété des secteurs où les facteurs de risques sont importants. Compte tenu de ces observations, il paraît nécessaire de rechercher des procédés de substitution. Plus particulièrement, les procédés dits "à ciel ouvert" devraient être proscrits</abstract>
