<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Ce travail porte sur l'étude du glutaraldéhyde qui entre dans la composition d'antiseptiques hospitaliers et dont l'utilisation concerne toute la stérilisation à froid. La glutaraldéhyde est à l'origine de dermatoses chez le personnel soignant. Des études de toxicité in vitro ont mis en évidence le potentiel génotoxique du glutaraldéhyde. Les précautions d'utilisation du glutaraldéhyde et des désinfectants à base de cet aldéhyde doivent être respectées et tout incident grave ou accident nécessite l'intervention d'un médecin</abstract>
