Recientemente, las empresas privadas también han empezado a considerar necesidades relacionadas con el aspecto humano. La predisposición por parte de una empresa de brindar ayuda para hacer frente a las necesidades humanas creadas por sus operaciones, promueve buena voluntad entre las víctimas, en forma individual y en la comunidad. Reducen los problemas potenciales de las víctimas, como así también la posibilidad potencial de litigios para la compañía</abstract>
