Sumario: Objectives: to examine the effects of occupational exposure to substances contamined with TCDD on cytochrome P-4501A2 activity in a cross sectional medical survey -- Methods: the study population of exposed workers was recruited from current and former employees of two plants of the 12 included in the NIOSH mortality study of workers exposed to chemicals contaminated with TCDD. At the two plants, TCDD exposure resulted from the manufacture of 2,4,5-trichlorophenol (TCP) and its derivatives
