Tras visitar algunas de las instalaciones que este fabricante tiene en Inglaterra, se puede resumir el esfuerzo de Lucas con tres palabras: seguridad, están desarrollando sistemas de frenos y de suspensiones mucho más eficaces, que contribuirán a que los accidentes desciendan. Economía, trabajan en unos sofisticados sistemas de inyección electrónica, que harán posible unos consumos más ajustados. Ecología, todos los nuevos sistemas que evoluciona Lucas cuentan con componentes reciclables, además están refabricando motores de arranque y alternadores</abstract>
