<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Es bastante sensato a nivel empresario establecer buenas condiciones laborales y, de este modo, prevenir los trastornos por traumatismo acumulativo (TTA) y los costos relacionados con el tiempo que el empleado debe estar alejado de sus tareas, las tareas reducidas y el tratamiento médico. Un programa activo de rotación de tareas, herramientas adecuadas, etc., tambien ayuda a prevenir estos trastornos. Los programas de tareas reducidas son un elemento clave dentro de una estrategia efectiva para contener los costos de las indemnizaciones laborales. Cuando se administran en forma adecuada, estos programas agilizan el regreso de los empleados lesionados a una tarea productiva y reducen los costos asociados con las lesiones</abstract>
