<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La reciente Ley sobre Ordenación y Supervisión, da un paso adelante y es más explícita que la anterior, puesto que sus artículos 53, 60 y 81 regulan el deber de información en el primer caso a las actividades de las entidades aseguradoras españolas en el espacio económico europeo; en el segundo, con carácter general a cualquier operación o contrato de seguro, con ciertas matizaciones y diferencias, según se trate de seguros de vida u otros distintos; y en el tercer, a las entidades aseguradoras domiciliadas en otro Estado miembro del espacio económico europeo que operen en España, en régimen de derecho de establecimiento o en régimen de libre prestación de servicios. En definitiva, son consecuencia de la transposición y adaptación da nuestro derecho de diversas Directivas comunitarias</abstract>
