The task analysis methodology that was used for each of the five main stages of the programme is described, and this demonstrates how the task analysis approach was modified as the design process progressed. Some of the most significant generic findings and recommendations are described, and the task-specific findings have been classified to highlight the most common interface problems that were encountered
