<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'évolution des phénomènes de Raynaud secondaires à une exposition au chlorure de vinyle monomère après l'arrêt de celle-ci est mal connue. Ce travail concerne 62 sujets: 44 retraités ayant été exposés au C.V.M. et 18 témoins non exposés. Ils ont utilisé une méthode d'exploration fonctionnelle chronothermodinamique. Les résultats, les hypothèses physiopathologiques, les limites et les apports de la méthode d'évaluation utilisée sont discutés</abstract>
