<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La capital de España alberga en su seno más de 50 empresas de alto riesgo de las cuales cuatro, que almacenan sustancias muy peligrosas preocupan de forma especial a los responsables de incendios de Madrid. Una de estas empresas es Alter Argón de almacenamiento de gases que está junto a los laboratorios Alter donde se produjo el escape de ácido clorhídrico con trimetilamina el pasado 13 de enero. Aunque la ley sólo obligue a intervenir en casos muy peligrosos, afortunadamente, el Departamento de Prevención de Incendios ha decidido incluir en sus planes de seguridad a todos los establecimientos con riesgo potencial</abstract>
