<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La segunda pieza clave en el terreno de la prevención de riesgos laborales tras la Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, ha sido el Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención, aprobado por el Real Decreto 39/1997, de 17 de enero, que entró en vigor el pasado 31 de marzo, ya que sin éste, la Ley sería simplemente una enumeración de principios fundamentales, pero de imposible aplicación. De todo lo regulado en este Reglamento merece una especial atención lo referente a las modalidades de organización de los recursos para las actividades preventivas, permitiendo al empresario una amplia gama de posibilidades para desarrollar la actividad preventiva en función de las circunstancias de su empresa</abstract>
