But other changes affect all farmers and pesticide applicators. Federal regulations are changing pesticide use significantly. Researchers are exploring previously ignored aspects of pesticide exposure. And pesticides themselves are changing. While these recent developments have made chemical handling safer, danger persists if chemicals are handled improperly
