<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Allongement de la durée journalière du travail, tâches de plus en plus parcellisées dans le tertiaire, délais plus courts, travail de nuit,..., de nouveaux modes d'organisation ne cessent d'apparaître depuis une décennie. Le recours à ces nouveaux et multiples systèmes d'organisation, avec son cortège d'horaires atypiques, va souvent à l'encontre des rythmes qui régissent l'activité humaine tant d'un point de vue biologique que social. Face à ces évolutions en cours, quel tableau les ergonomes peuvent-ils en dresser? La 33e édition annuelle du congrès de la Société d'ergonomie de langue française a mis en lumière les effets du temps sur les conditions concrètes de travail et sur la santé des salariés en relation avec leur vie sociale et familiale</abstract>
