<abstract>El "transroulage" es el transporte efectuado por medio de vehículos de transporte por carretera, así como sus remolques y semiremolques, los cuales llevan en su interior los cargamentos de mercancías, cuando las mismas están situadas sobre un buque equipado al efecto, para realizar, por vía marítima, una parte del recorrido en que han de traaladarse. El autor analiza la responsabilidad civil en el caso de que suceda un accidente a siniestro como fue el caso del buque sueco "Zenobia"</abstract>
