<abstract>Se ha publicado el Reglamento de Seguridad Contra Incendios en los Establacimientos Industriales. El Reglamento intoduce principalmente tres novedades fundamentales. La primera cubrir el vacío legal que hasta ahora había en la seguridad contra incendios en establecimientos industriales, la segunda establece la obligatoriedad de presentar un proyecto específico que justifique su cumplimiento y el tercero es la figura de las inspecciones periódicas .
