The fire startegy devised aims to minimise any potential that everyone in the building can scape unharmed, while at the same time minimising the amount of fire damage, the cost of repair and reinstatement after a fire; and the cosequential losses of a fire. The strategy also aims to reduce the total cost of fire protection measures in the building without compromising safety and to allow a building design which provides maximun flexibility of use</subfield>
