<abstract>A significant and structural increase in productivity growth and a sustantial increase in labour participation rates could offset the "grey" European outlook by creating high growth in production, wealth and tax reveneus. The article, however, focuses on solution within the European insurance and pension sector. First, it stresses the need for weeping pension reform and subtantially lower implicit tax on work at older ages. Seconsly, actual pension reform across Europe is described. Then four possible solutions to finance future pensions and to meet senior workers</abstract>
