<abstract>En este trabajo, se analizan las principales dimensiones presentes en la eficacia de los equipos de trabajo: las características del equipo y de las tareas, la toma de decisiones, la formación, el apoyo de la dirección, la cohesión, la cultura de grupo, la interdependencia, y la comunicación. También se identifican las variables relevantes en el funcionamiento de los equipos de trabajo comprobando su idoneidad y poder discriminante, de forma que resulte de utilidad para relacionar las dimensiones del trabajo en equipo con su eficacia </abstract>
