<abstract>En este trabajo se trata de las novedades que, para un buen gobierno de las sociedades, ha supuesto la aparición de de dos leyes que tienen como objetivo mejorar la calidad de la información contable que las empresas difunden en los mercados. Estas leyes son: Sarbanes-Oxley of 2002 en E.E.U.U. y Ley Financiera en España.</abstract>
