<abstract>Por delante de otros aspectos sociales o de carrera, los problemas de las carreras duales encabezan la lista de razones por las que los empleados rechazan la expatriación. Permits Foundation, bajo el auspicio de una treintena de empresas multinacionales, trabaja con el objetivo de promover acuerdos nacionales que flexibilicen la normativa sobre permisos de trabajo en estos casos.</abstract>
