<abstract>La nueva Directiva de servicios de inversión(Directiva 2004-39-CE, del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 21 de abril de 2004, deroga en su artículo 69 el anterior régimen previsto en la Directiva 93-22-CE, del Consejo, de 10 de mayo de 1993 relativa a los servicios de inversión en el ámbito de los valores negociables. Se quiere poner de relieve que el nuevo texto es el de mercado frente al anterior de servicios de inversión, y mercado ya no de valores, sino de instrumentos financieros, es decir, abarca, además de a los valores mobiliarios, a otros derechos o contratos, como los derivados sobre materias primas u otros productos financieros de carácter complejo</abstract>
