<abstract>En reconocimiento de la importancia vital que tiene la realización de acciones para combatir la financiación del terrorismo, el Grupo de Acción Financiera Internacional (GAFI) elaboró ocho recomendaciones especiales sobre financiación de terrorismo, siendo elemento clave en la lucha contra el lavado de activos y el financiamiento del terrorismo la necesidad de que los sistemas de los países sean objeto de seguimiento y evaluación en contraste con estándares internacionales</abstract>
