Title: Assessing compliance with 60-hertz magnetic-field exposure guidelines / Robert M. Patterson, T. Dan Bracken and J. Richard AlldredgeAuthor: Patterson, Robert M.
Notes: Exposure limits for magnetic fields in the extremely low frequency range (3 to 3000 hertz) have been established by a number of organizations. The limits are generally intended to prevent overstimulation of electrically sensitive tissue and are expressed as ceiling values-levels not to be exceeded even momentarily. Exposures near or above the limits occur around high-current equipment and often have large spatial and temporal variabilityRelated records: En: Journal of occupational and environmental hygiene. - Cincinnati, Ohio : American Industrial Hygiene Association : American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists. - Vol. 2, nº 2, January 2005 ; p. 77-85Materia / lugar / evento: Higiene industrial Contaminación radiológica Electromagnetismo Métodos de evaluación Campos electromagnéticos Valores Límite Ambientales Otros autores: Bracken, T.
