<abstract>La nueva versión del ADR no surge con el objetivo de unificar criterios entre los distintos Reglamentos de Transporte de Mercancías Peligrosas, sino con el fin de aclarar ciertos aspectos que resultan dudosos o incompletos en versiones anteriores y, sobre todo, de mejorar la seguridad durante la manipulación de las mercancías peligrosas, para evitar posibles daños que podrían ocasionar hipotéticos accidentes</abstract>
