<abstract>El mobbing ataca directamente a la línea de flotación de la gestión de recursos humanos en la empresa. El presente artículo propone como defensa el desarrollo de una política adecuada de gestión de recursos humanos. Por ello el autor presenta un modelo de gestión de recursos humanos que rechace el mobbing y que no genere "caldos de cultivo" que favorezcan su expansión y contagio</abstract>
