<abstract>Les sinistres industriels majeurs surviennent en France en moyenne presque une fois par an. Dans la mesure où les couvertures sont plafonnées, ils sont assurables et réassurables. L'analyse des douze catastrophes industrielles récentes montre que le passage aux normes IFRS risque de bouleverser l'équilibre financier des réassureurs, déjà mis à mal par l'accumulation des sinistres d'origine naturelle, les attentats et la volatilité des marchés financiers</abstract>
