<abstract>La Ley 21-2007, de 11 de julio, por la que se modifica el Texto Refundido de la Ley de Responsabilidad Civil y Seguro en la Circulación de Vehículos a Motor, transpone al ordenamiento español la Directiva 2005-14-CE del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 11 de mayo, relativa al Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil derivada de la Circulación Vehículos Automóviles, y aprovecha la ocasión para acometer otras reformas, al margen de la Directiva. Este artículo examina, siguiendo el orden de su articulado, los aspectos más relevantes de la Ley y los contrasta con las referencias que a ellos se hace en la Directiva. En especial, se pone el acento en el nuevo régimen de oferta de indemnización y respuesta motivada</abstract>
