<abstract>El binomio productividad-competitividad carece de sentido si no va unido al concepto calidad. La mejora de la calidad lleva aparejada una mejora de la productividad y de la competitividad de la compañía, por ello, los profesionales de la industria tienen la obligación de trabajar en la mejora continua de los sistemas productivos, y para ello utilizan la metodología Kaizen.</abstract>
