<abstract>Las "monoline" son entidades especializadas en respaldar emisiones, garantizando al inversor el pago de intereses y el principal, en caso de que el emisor no pudiera hacerlo. Creadas y capitalizadas ex profeso, estas compañías cumplen los exigentes requisitos de agencias de calificación y reciben sus máximas valoraciones. Por tanto, su participación en esas operaciones no sólo elimina el riesgo del inversor, sino que mejora la calificación de los títulos y permite colocarlos en condiciones más atractivas</abstract>
