<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La réforme introduite par la loi du 4 janvier 1978 (dite loi Spinetta) a profondément modifié le régime de la responsabilité, du contrôle technique, et de l'assurance dans le domaine de la construction des ouvrages immobiliers. Cette loi, complétée par plusieurs textes d'application, a fait l'objet de décisions de justice et de commentaires nombreux. L'objet de cet ouvrage est de regrouper ces textes épars en les accompagnant d'un commentaire s'appuyant sur la jurisprudence et les opinions doctrinales. L'ouvrage suit le plan de la loi du 4 janvier 1978 et est divisé en trois parties: des responsabilités, du contrôle technique, de l'assurance obligatoire des travaux de bâtiment, précédées d'un chapitre préliminaire, présentant les grandes lignes de la réforme intervenue en 1978.</abstract>
