The first is to challenge the basic justification for the claim by asking the courts to rule that the plaintiff has not established the essential conditions for a claim. In other words, before the manufacturer needs to seek legal defences he is entitled to ask the plaintiff to prove: That the product was unreasonably dangerous, that the defendant was in some way connected with the product, that the defect in te product was the cause of the plaintiff's injuries, etc.Materia / lugar / evento: Gerencia de riesgosResponsabilidad civil de productosConferenciasReclamacionesProductos defectuososInstrumentos de defensa comercialDocumento AGERSOtros autores: Seminario de Responsabilidad Civil de Productos (1980) Otras clasificaciones: 335Derechos: In Copyright (InC)
