<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se analizan los principales cambios introducidos en la Ley de Prevención y el Reglamento de los Servicios de Prevención por la útima modificación de dichas normas, situándolos en el marco de la Estrategia Española de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo 2007-2012. Se comentan las implicaciones prácticas que estos cambios conllevan y las razones que los justifican, y se indican otras medidas complementarias, de carácter no normativo, que se encuentran enfase de desarrollo.</abstract>
