<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los directivos de aseguradoras españolas consideran que las redes sociales tienen o van a tener un impacto a corto plazo en el negocio. Sin embargo, sólo el 56% reconoce que su compañía tiene en ese entorno 2.0 (un 38% admite que en fase de prueba). Además uno de cada cinco señala que en su entidad aún no tiene una política definida al respecto, un 18% adelanta que tendrá presencia en el próximo año y un 6% eleva ese plazo a dos o tres años vista</abstract>
