<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los empleados españoles pasan, en promedio, 7,2 h por día sentados trabajando frente a un ordenador, un ordenador portátil o una tableta, independientemente de dónde esté. El 89% de los empleados sufrió dolencias en los últimos 3 años como consecuencia directa del uso de ordenadores para trabajar. El 68% de los empleados pasa, por lo menos, parte de su día reorganizando su espacio de trabajo y moviéndose inquietantemente para encontrar una posición cómoda. En promedio, esto suma casi 5,6 h por semana por persona de tiempo improductivo. </abstract>
