<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Alors que le chiffre d'affaires des structures mutualistes adossées aux groupes de protection sociale dépasse 2,5 Md et atteint presque la moitié du chiffre d'affaires santé des institutions de prévoyance, les relations entre les deux familles interpellent : le mutualisme est-il soluble dans le paritarisme ? Entre entente cordiale, problèmes de gouvernance réels ou supposés, querelles de famille et rapports de force, les relations sont complexes. Au final, c'est la realpolitik qui l'emporte. En toile de fond de ces mouvements incessants entre les deux familles d'assureurs de personnes, le nombre de groupes de protection sociale continue de se réduire</abstract>
