<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The research highlighted the complexities behind defining a universal approach in an uncertain climate. The survey revealed that while it is useful to compare perspectives and responses for companies across a variety of industries and revenue bands, more striking nuances exist between companies that are operating across different geographies inside or outside the boundaries of the eurozone. In all, the findings revealed that opportunities do exist for those companies that are agile enough to outpace the winds of change and, in a fiercely competitive and diverse global market, while one organization sees risk in the crisis, others are seizing the uncertainties as an opportunity to gain market share</abstract>
