<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este contexto, este trabajo trata de analizar tanto la normativa como la jurisprudencia de la Unión Europea, la cual ha ido conformando cada uno de los caracteres genéricos y diferenciales que caracterizan a una determinada sustancia u objeto bien como residuo, bien como subproducto, bien como materia prima secundaria, así como la posible relación entre la normativa sectorial de los residuos y la de las sustancias peligrosas, a la luz de la STJUE de 7 de marzo de 2013</abstract>
