En 2013, las aseguradoras han recibido casi seis mil reclamaciones menos que en el año anterior, pero ha aumentado el porcentaje de las desestimadas. Consecuencia, la DGSFP ha superado con creces los doce mil expedientes incoados, registrando un nuevo récord.
