<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En el contexto del Plan PROCURA, lanzado por ANAV en 2009 como un conjunto de acciones dirigidas a reforzar aspectos culturales y organizativos que ayuden a una operativa más segura y fiable de las centrales nucleares, surgió el proyecto de crear un simulador de factores humanos, donde poder abordar desde el punto de vista práctico la prevención del error humano en la operativa de las plantas, así como el reflejo que la prevención de dicho error tiene en la gestión de la seguridad y salud</abstract>
