<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Crée en mode start-up, la compagnie Alan entend bousculer les codes de la vente d'assurance complémentaire santé aux entreprises. Trente ans qu'une nouvelle compagnie d'assurance indépendante n'avait pas vu le jour en France. Le 20 octobre dernier, l'Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) a donné son agrément à la société Alan pour réaliser des opérations d'assurance dans les branches maladie et accidents. Son cofondateur et dirigeant n'était pas encore né en 1986! Et ce n'est pas la seule singularité de Jean-Charles Samuelían, 27 ans. Ni polytechnicien, ni actuaire, cet ingénieur des Ponts et chaussées a débuté sa carrière en cofondant Expliseat, une start-up aménageant des avions de ligne. Son crédo: améliorer le sort des passagers des classes éco en concevant des síèges ultralégers, robustes et confortables.</abstract>
