<abstract displayLabel="Summary">In October 2019, we published the interim report for our general insurance pricing practices market study. We found that the home and motor insurance markets are not working well for all customers. While many people shop around, many loyal customers are not getting a good deal. We have now completed our investigation into this market and have published our final report. The final report includes more discussion on the harm we identified, a summary of the feedback we received to the interim report and our response. In this consultation paper (CP), we consult on the package of remedies proposed in the final report.</abstract>
